Usando ArcTrail 3D accetti queste regole. Sono scritte per tenere l'app utile e civile: un account vero, contenuti puliti, e un Marketplace dove si tratta fra persone serie. Se non sei d'accordo, non usare l'app.
1Che cos'è ArcTrail 3D
ArcTrail 3D è un'applicazione per registrare i punteggi nel tiro con l'arco 3D, tenere il proprio diario di allenamento, organizzare allenamenti aperti, comunicare con altri arcieri e scambiare attrezzatura fra privati. Il servizio è gestito da Alessandro Zanetta (Italia) ed è oggi offerto gratuitamente; eventuali funzioni a pagamento saranno indicate in modo chiaro prima dell’uso.
L'app è uno strumento di supporto. Non sostituisce il regolamento ufficiale della tua federazione né i segnapunti ufficiali di gara: in caso di differenza fa fede il regolamento della federazione e il cartellino ufficiale della manifestazione.
2Il tuo account
- Devi avere almeno 16 anni per registrarti.
- I dati che inserisci devono essere veri: nome, compagnia e federazione servono agli altri utenti per riconoscerti. Dal profilo puoi scegliere di nascondere nome e cognome agli altri arcieri: in quel caso agli altri comparirà solo il tuo nome utente, ma i dati inseriti devono restare veri.
- Un account appartiene a una sola persona. Non cederlo e non condividere le credenziali.
- Per accedere devi confermare il tuo indirizzo email: al momento della registrazione ricevi un messaggio con un link, e finché non lo apri l’account resta inattivo.
- Alcune funzioni sono riservate ai referenti di compagnia o sono ancora in lavorazione, quindi non sono disponibili a tutti.
- Sei responsabile di ciò che viene fatto dal tuo account.
3Contenuti pubblicati dagli utenti
Annunci, messaggi, allenamenti aperti, segnalazioni e recensioni sono scritti dagli utenti. Restano di chi li scrive: pubblicandoli ci autorizzi solo a mostrarli dentro l'app a chi ne è destinatario.
È vietato pubblicare o inviare:
- insulti, molestie, minacce, incitamento all'odio o alla violenza verso persone o gruppi;
- contenuti sessuali o pornografici;
- contenuti illegali, o che violino diritti d'autore e marchi altrui;
- dati personali di altre persone senza il loro consenso, comprese foto in cui sono riconoscibili;
- spam, pubblicità non richiesta, catene e truffe;
- contenuti che ingannano sulle condizioni reali di un oggetto in vendita.
Non facciamo un controllo preventivo su tutto ciò che viene pubblicato, ma interveniamo sulle segnalazioni.
4Segnalare e bloccare
Ogni annuncio, messaggio e utente può essere segnalato dall'app. Le segnalazioni vengono esaminate entro pochi giorni e possono portare alla rimozione del contenuto o alla chiusura dell'account.
Puoi inoltre bloccare un altro utente: se lo fai, non potrà più scriverti né rispondere ai tuoi annunci, e i suoi contenuti ti verranno nascosti.

5Il Marketplace
Il Marketplace mette in contatto arcieri che vendono e comprano attrezzatura usata. Le trattative avvengono direttamente fra gli utenti. ArcTrail 3D non è parte del contratto di vendita, non custodisce gli oggetti, non gestisce pagamenti né spedizioni e non offre garanzie sulla qualità di quanto scambiato.
Chi vende deve essere il legittimo proprietario dell'oggetto, descriverne le condizioni reali e rispettare le leggi applicabili alla vendita fra privati.
Non si vendono armi né materiali soggetti a licenza. Sono ammessi archi, balestre solo dove consentito dalla legge locale, frecce, punte, protezioni, mirini, stabilizzatori, bersagli e accessori. Sono vietati armi da fuoco, munizioni, armi bianche soggette a restrizioni, e qualsiasi articolo il cui commercio fra privati richieda un'autorizzazione.
Prima di concludere uno scambio, valuta con prudenza la controparte e preferisci metodi di pagamento tracciabili. Le eventuali controversie fra utenti si risolvono fra gli interessati.
6Uso corretto dell'app
Non è consentito tentare di accedere ai dati di altri utenti, aggirare le regole di accesso, sovraccaricare i servizi, estrarre in massa i contenuti o creare account automatici.
7Sospensione e chiusura
Un account che viola questi termini può essere sospeso o chiuso, con rimozione dei contenuti pubblicati. Nei casi meno gravi ti avvisiamo prima. Tu puoi eliminare il tuo account quando vuoi dalla pagina dedicata.
8Disponibilità del servizio
ArcTrail 3D è in fase di sviluppo: alcune funzioni sono nuove o incomplete e possono cambiare o essere sospese. L'app viene offerta così com'è. Facciamo il possibile perché funzioni sempre, ma non garantiamo la continuità del servizio né l'assenza di errori, e le funzioni possono cambiare nel tempo. Salva regolarmente ciò a cui tieni. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non rispondiamo dei danni indiretti derivanti dall'uso dell'app, e restano fermi i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori.
9Dati personali
Il trattamento dei dati è descritto nell'Informativa sulla privacy, che è parte integrante di questi termini.
10Modifiche ai termini
Se cambiamo queste regole aggiorniamo la pagina e la data in alto, e segnaliamo le modifiche rilevanti dentro l'app. Continuando a usare ArcTrail 3D accetti la versione aggiornata.
11Legge applicabile
Si applica la legge italiana. Per i consumatori resta competente il foro del luogo di residenza o domicilio.

This is a courtesy translation. ArcTrail 3D is run from Italy and the Italian text is the binding one: if the two versions differ, the Italian wording prevails.
By using ArcTrail 3D you accept these rules. They exist to keep the app useful and civil: a real account, clean content, and a Marketplace where serious people deal with each other. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1What ArcTrail 3D is
ArcTrail 3D is an application for recording 3D archery scores, keeping your own training diary, organising open training sessions, talking to other archers and trading equipment between private individuals. The service is run by Alessandro Zanetta (Italy) and is free of charge today; any paid features will be clearly marked before you use them.
The app is a support tool. It does not replace your federation's official rulebook, nor the official scorecards of a competition: where they differ, the federation's rulebook and the official card of the event prevail.
2Your account
- You must be at least 16 to register.
- The details you enter must be true: your name, club and federation are how other users recognise you. From your profile you can choose to hide your first and last name from other archers: they will then see only your username, but the details you entered must still be true.
- An account belongs to one person. Don't hand it over and don't share your credentials.
- To get in you must confirm your email address: when you register you receive a message with a link, and until you open it the account stays inactive.
- Some features are reserved for club representatives or are still being built, so they are not available to everyone.
- You are responsible for what is done from your account.
3Content published by users
Listings, messages, open training sessions, reports and reviews are written by users. They stay the property of whoever writes them: by publishing them you only authorise us to show them inside the app to the people they are meant for.
You may not publish or send:
- insults, harassment, threats, or incitement to hatred or violence against people or groups;
- sexual or pornographic content;
- illegal content, or content that infringes other people's copyright or trade marks;
- other people's personal data without their consent, including photos in which they are recognisable;
- spam, unsolicited advertising, chain messages and scams;
- content that misleads about the real condition of an item for sale.
We do not check everything before it is published, but we act on reports.
4Reporting and blocking
Every listing, message and user can be reported from within the app. Reports are looked at within a few days and can lead to the content being removed or the account being closed.
You can also block another user: if you do, they can no longer write to you or reply to your listings, and their content is hidden from you.

5The Marketplace
The Marketplace puts archers who are selling and buying used equipment in touch with each other. Deals happen directly between users. ArcTrail 3D is not a party to the sale, does not hold the items, does not handle payments or shipping, and gives no warranty on the quality of what is traded.
Sellers must be the lawful owner of the item, describe its real condition and comply with the laws that apply to sales between private individuals.
No weapons and no licensed materials may be sold. Bows are allowed, crossbows only where local law permits, along with arrows, points, protective gear, sights, stabilisers, targets and accessories. Firearms, ammunition, restricted bladed weapons, and any item whose trade between private individuals requires a permit are forbidden.
Before closing a deal, size up the other party carefully and prefer traceable payment methods. Any dispute between users is settled between the people involved.
6Proper use of the app
You may not try to reach other users' data, get around the access rules, overload the services, extract content in bulk or create automated accounts.
7Suspension and closure
An account that breaks these terms can be suspended or closed, and the content published removed. In less serious cases we warn you first. You can delete your own account whenever you like from the dedicated page.
8Availability of the service
ArcTrail 3D is under development: some features are new or incomplete and may change or be suspended. The app is offered as it is. We do what we can to keep it working, but we do not guarantee that the service will be continuous or free of errors, and features may change over time. Save anything you care about regularly. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, and the rights the law gives consumers are unaffected.
9Personal data
How data is handled is described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10Changes to these terms
If we change these rules we update the page and the date at the top, and we flag significant changes inside the app. By continuing to use ArcTrail 3D you accept the updated version.
11Applicable law
Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of their place of residence or domicile remains competent.
