ArcTrail 3D è un'app per segnare i punteggi nel tiro con l'arco 3D. Raccogliamo solo i dati che servono a farla funzionare: il tuo account, i tuoi giri e i contenuti che pubblichi. Non vendiamo i tuoi dati, non mostriamo pubblicità e non usiamo strumenti di tracciamento pubblicitario.
1Chi tratta i tuoi dati
Il titolare del trattamento è Alessandro Zanetta, autore e gestore di ArcTrail 3D, con sede in Italia.

2Quali dati raccogliamo
Dati che ci dai al momento della registrazione
- Indirizzo email e password. La password è gestita e cifrata dal servizio di autenticazione: non è visibile al titolare.
- Nome e cognome, obbligatori, e un nome utente. Dal tuo profilo puoi scegliere di nascondere nome e cognome agli altri utenti: in quel caso agli altri arcieri compare solo il nome utente, mentre nome e cognome restano registrati e visibili soltanto a te e al titolare. Fanno eccezione le gare: a chi organizza una gara a cui ti iscrivi vengono comunicati nome e cognome, perché le classifiche ufficiali si compilano con quelli.
- Compagnia arcieristica di appartenenza, nazione, federazione, numero di tessera e classe di arco.
Contenuti che crei usando l'app
- Punteggi, giri di tiro, statistiche e note del diario.
- Allenamenti aperti pubblicati e adesioni.
- Segnalazioni sullo stato dei percorsi.
- Annunci del Marketplace, con le relative foto, recensioni e valutazioni.
- Messaggi inviati nelle chat private, nelle chat degli allenamenti e nelle conversazioni del Marketplace.
Dati tecnici
- Il token del dispositivo necessario a recapitare le notifiche push, se le hai autorizzate.
- Il registro degli errori dell'app: quando qualcosa non funziona, salviamo il messaggio di errore, il punto del programma in cui si è verificato, la schermata aperta, la versione dell'app, la lingua, lo stato della rete, il tipo di browser e di dispositivo e il tuo identificativo utente. Serve solo a correggere i difetti.
- Data e ora degli accessi e indirizzo IP, trattati dai fornitori tecnici per sicurezza e antiabuso.
- Dati salvati nella memoria locale del tuo dispositivo, che permettono all'app di funzionare anche senza rete. Restano sul dispositivo e si cancellano svuotando i dati del browser o disinstallando l'app.
Non raccogliamo la tua posizione GPS e non accediamo alla rubrica del telefono.
3Perché usiamo i tuoi dati

4Cosa vedono gli altri utenti
Nell'elenco degli arcieri e nelle sezioni sociali dell'app sono visibili agli altri utenti registrati: il tuo nome utente, il tuo nome e cognome (salvo che tu abbia scelto di nasconderli, come spiegato al capitolo 2) e la tua compagnia. Sono inoltre visibili gli annunci che pubblichi con le relative foto, gli allenamenti aperti che pubblichi e le recensioni che lasci.
I messaggi delle chat private sono visibili solo a te e al destinatario. I tuoi punteggi e le note del diario sono personali e non vengono mostrati agli altri utenti.
La tua email non viene mai mostrata agli altri utenti né inserita nel profilo pubblico. Viene comunicata a un altro utente solo se sei tu a scriverla in un messaggio.
5A chi comunichiamo i dati
Non vendiamo e non cediamo i tuoi dati a terzi per finalità commerciali. Li trattano per nostro conto solo i fornitori tecnici che rendono possibile il servizio:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): autenticazione, database, archiviazione delle foto e invio delle notifiche push. I dati sono ospitati su server nell'Unione Europea.
- GitHub (GitHub Inc., gruppo Microsoft): distribuzione delle pagine dell'app.
- Aruba S.p.A.: registrazione del dominio e casella di posta.
Gli eventuali trasferimenti di dati al di fuori dello Spazio Economico Europeo avvengono sulla base delle clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea e del quadro EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
I dati possono inoltre essere comunicati all'autorità giudiziaria se richiesto per legge.
6Per quanto tempo li conserviamo
- I dati dell'account e i contenuti che hai creato restano finché il tuo account esiste.
- Quando elimini l'account, i dati vengono cancellati entro 30 giorni.
- I giri che cancelli singolarmente vengono rimossi subito dal cloud e dai tuoi dispositivi. Resta un riferimento tecnico minimo, senza punteggi, che serve solo a impedire che il giro cancellato ricompaia da un altro dispositivo.
- Le registrazioni degli errori vengono svuotate periodicamente e comunque cancellate insieme all'account.
- I messaggi che hai inviato a un altro utente restano nella copia del destinatario, come avviene in qualsiasi servizio di messaggistica.
7Notifiche push
Le notifiche vengono inviate solo se hai dato il permesso al browser o al sistema operativo. Puoi revocarlo quando vuoi dalle impostazioni del dispositivo: l'app continua a funzionare e i messaggi restano leggibili dal centro notifiche interno.
8Età minima
Per registrarsi a ArcTrail 3D bisogna avere almeno 16 anni. Gli arcieri più giovani possono usare l'app tramite l'account di un genitore o di chi ne fa le veci, che resta responsabile dei contenuti pubblicati.
9I tuoi diritti
Puoi in ogni momento chiedere l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la loro rettifica o cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità in un formato leggibile, e opporti a un trattamento fondato sul legittimo interesse. Molte di queste operazioni le fai da solo dall'app: modificando il profilo, nascondendo nome e cognome, cancellando i giri, gli annunci e i messaggi, o eliminando l'account.
Per esercitare gli altri diritti scrivi a info@arctrail3d.com: rispondiamo entro 30 giorni.
Se ritieni che i tuoi dati siano trattati in modo scorretto puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) oppure, se risiedi in un altro paese dello Spazio Economico Europeo, all’autorità di controllo del tuo paese.
10Eliminare l'account
Puoi eliminare l'account e tutti i dati collegati direttamente dall'app, oppure inviando una richiesta dalla pagina dedicata.
11Sicurezza
L'accesso avviene tramite connessione cifrata. I dati sono protetti da regole di accesso che limitano ogni utente ai propri contenuti e a quelli che gli sono destinati. Nessun sistema è sicuro al cento per cento: se rilevi un problema di sicurezza, segnalalo a info@arctrail3d.com.

Se cambiamo il modo in cui trattiamo i dati aggiorniamo questa pagina e la data in alto. Se la modifica è rilevante, te lo segnaliamo dentro l'app.

This is a courtesy translation. ArcTrail 3D is run from Italy and the Italian text is the binding one: if the two versions differ, the Italian wording prevails.
ArcTrail 3D is an app for scoring 3D archery. We collect only the data needed to make it work: your account, your rounds and the content you publish. We do not sell your data, we show no advertising and we use no advertising trackers.
1Who processes your data
The data controller is Alessandro Zanetta, author and operator of ArcTrail 3D, based in Italy.

2What data we collect
Data you give us when you register
- Email address and password. The password is handled and encrypted by the authentication service: the controller cannot see it.
- First and last name, which are required, and a username. From your profile you can choose to hide your first and last name from other users: other archers then see only your username, while your name stays recorded and visible to you and to the controller alone. Competitions are the exception: if you enter one, your first and last name are passed to the organiser, because official rankings are drawn up with them.
- Archery club, country, federation, membership number and bow class.
Content you create by using the app
- Scores, rounds, statistics and diary notes.
- Open training sessions you publish, and sign-ups to them.
- Reports on the condition of courses.
- Marketplace listings, with their photos, reviews and ratings.
- Messages sent in private chats, in training chats and in Marketplace conversations.
Technical data
- The device token needed to deliver push notifications, if you have allowed them.
- The app's error log: when something goes wrong we store the error message, the point in the program where it happened, the open screen, the app version, the language, the network state, the browser and device type, and your user id. It is used only to fix faults.
- Date and time of access and IP address, processed by our technical providers for security and abuse prevention.
- Data saved in your device's local storage, which lets the app work without a connection. It stays on the device and is removed by clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app.
We do not collect your GPS position and we do not access your phone's contacts.

4What other users can see
In the archer list and in the social sections of the app, other registered users can see: your username, your first and last name (unless you have chosen to hide them, as explained in section 2) and your club. They can also see the listings you publish with their photos, the open training sessions you publish and the reviews you leave.
Private chat messages are visible only to you and to the person you wrote to. Your scores and diary notes are personal and are not shown to other users.
Your email address is never shown to other users and never appears in your public profile. It reaches another user only if you write it in a message yourself.
5Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes. It is processed on our behalf only by the technical providers that make the service possible:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): authentication, database, photo storage and push notification delivery. The data is hosted on servers in the European Union.
- GitHub (GitHub Inc., Microsoft group): delivery of the app's pages.
- Aruba S.p.A.: domain registration and mailbox.
Any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and of the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Data may also be disclosed to judicial authorities where the law requires it.
6How long we keep it
- Account data and the content you have created stay for as long as your account exists.
- When you delete your account, the data is erased within 30 days.
- Rounds you delete one by one are removed from the cloud and from your devices straight away. A minimal technical reference remains, with no scores, whose only job is to stop a deleted round reappearing from another device.
- Error logs are emptied periodically and are in any case deleted together with the account.
- Messages you have sent to another user remain in that person's copy, as happens in any messaging service.
7Push notifications
Notifications are sent only if you have given permission to the browser or the operating system. You can withdraw it whenever you like from your device settings: the app keeps working and messages stay readable in the in-app notification centre.
8Minimum age
You must be at least 16 to register with ArcTrail 3D. Younger archers can use the app through the account of a parent or guardian, who remains responsible for the content published.
9Your rights
At any time you can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability in a readable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Many of these things you can do yourself from within the app: editing your profile, hiding your first and last name, deleting rounds, listings and messages, or deleting your account.
To exercise the other rights write to info@arctrail3d.com: we reply within 30 days.
If you believe your data is being handled improperly you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or, if you live in another country of the European Economic Area, with the supervisory authority of your own country.
10Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all the data linked to it directly from the app, or by sending a request from the dedicated page.
11Security
Access takes place over an encrypted connection. Data is protected by access rules that limit every user to their own content and to what is meant for them. No system is a hundred per cent secure: if you spot a security problem, report it to info@arctrail3d.com.
12Changes to this policy
If we change the way we handle data we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell you inside the app.
